Founded in 2008, NuFlux Electromagnetics a private limited company has become one of the most reliable electromagnetic component manufacturers in Karnataka, India. [NEPL] NuFlux Electromagnetics PVT. LTD., has become a name to reckon with Quality, Reliability and Integrity in providing global solutions for electromagnetic components and technologies.

Technocrat turned Entrepreneur, Mr. Prasad Lella (an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer with MBA in International Marketing) with 30 plus years of work Experience in Design, Engineering, R & D, Production and Marketing of Transformers and Coils from India, China and Hong Kong started NuFlux along with 3 other colleagues.

NuFlux core strength is a structured design approach for electromagnetic components that is dedicated to enhance efficiency across various domains that include power conversion, renewable energy, automotive, telecommunication, energy storage, lighting and energy metering. Adhering to LEAN PRINCIPLES, NEPL team is dedicated to delivering process-oriented sustainable solutions maintaining comprehensive documentation that effectively address the diverse requirements of our clientele across India and Internationally.

OUR FACILITIES

PRODUCTION FACILITY

Production facility of 25,000 Sq.ft built on a land of 1,00,000 Sq.ft area. We are equipped with FULLY AUTOMATED and SEMI AUTOMATED WINDING MACHINERY providing quick turnaround time.

Our current production capability is over 1-Million Pcs per month.

RESEARCH AND DESIGN

NuFlux is owned and managed by Technocrats, Directors over look every project assigned to dedicated R & D team, supported by cutting-edge design tools and testing equipment, ensures efficient design processes and quick delivery of cost-effective solutions tailored to meet customer’s specifications.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

We are ISO 9001 – 2015 quality system certified. Our insulation materials are UL certified. We follow MIL standards for both incoming and outgoing materials. We follow a process-oriented approach to maintain high Quality Management System (QMS) standards.

SCM & LOGISTICS

Excellent Global Vendor base, long term associations with Vendors and Shipping partners. Strategically located in TUMAKURU near BANGALORE City. Nearest airport is 97Km (BANGALORE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT), Sea Port is 400KM (CHENNAI). NuFlux is well connected by ROAD, RAIL and AIR for ease of LOGISTICS.

3nos of atomized double armed three wire tube machines. Wire diameter range from 0.15 ~ 2.0 mm, Bobbin outer Dia Max ~80, Tape Range 3 ~ 30mm.

CNC MACHINERY

60nos of CNC machines. Wire diameter range from 0.15 ~ 2.0 mm, Bobbin outer Dia Max ~80, Tape Range 3 ~ 30mm.

AUTOMIZED VARNISHING

WAYNE KERR precision magnetics analyser upto 25A DC BIAS unit.

DEFINE

Quote submission with clear specifications, lead times for prototype and production batches, along with commercials.

TEST

After acceptance of prototypes, a test and acceptance criteria is prepared and same is set up for the regular production batches by our production and Quality assurance team.

IDEATE

Based on cost, size, packaging, electrical performance, certification or approvals required, we create a template of product design.

PROTYPE

Rapid prototyping ensures quick shipment and reduction in approval time.

DELIVER

INCEPTION
June 5th 2008 registered as a NUFLUX ELECTROMAGNETICS PVT. LTD., company in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
2009
R & D IN BANGALORE
Started a Pilot Production unit along with Research and Development Team in Bengaluru.
2010
ISO CERTIFICATION
Manufacturing Facility in Tumkur (97 KM from Bangalore International Airport).

NuFlux receives ISO 9001 certification by TUV.
2012
UL INSULATION
Expanded Manufacturing facility. UL Insulation system introduced.
2014
INCREASED PRODUCTION
Hiring more than 50 Local Employees.

Production capacity exceeded 500K pieces per Month.
2019
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Patent filed for a High Frequency Transformer construction. This new design reduces the cost and improves overall efficiency significantly.

LRQA CERTIFICATION
NuFlux receives ISO 9001 – 2015 certification by LRQA.

OWN PREMISES
Functional New Production facility having 30,000 Sq. ft Area.
